Managing the Project management of new Anytime Fitness Gym to be built
Responsible for getting quotations from the supplier and layout
Setting a budget, project management, and deadline
Coordinating with the architect, fit-out a contractor from blueprints, layout, etc. before we start the constructions
Setting up a pre-construction meeting with the landlord with the engineering team, president of anytime fitness
Ensuring all permits, legal documents are met
Filing and uploading all the documents such as quotations, plans, budget permits saved on the drive
All over function as an executive assistant to the president, time management, calendar zoom booking. appointment setting, creating emails, travel booking and other personal matter.
Reviewing contacts before presenting it to the president before he signs
Working on Legal team, and keeping all legal documents of the company such as: SEC GIS, Permits, Etc
