Hire a Logo Designer

I need a logo created for a new exterior cleaning business, Swash Inc. I am looking for a 'combination mark' type where both the business name and our icon are included into the primary imagery but also able to be separated and displayed independently if the situation calls for it. The image is to have typical brand logo detail using material design style, but not so flat as to over simplify the image. Must be provided as a vector graphic. The primary imagery is to be a purple octopus wielding a golden trident. The animal should be suspended as if underwater with its body and tentacles in balanced composition. I would like the octopus to appear bold & powerful without seeming overly ominous or hostile. Ideally a distinctive character to be more versatile so it may be positioned in different postures while still being brand recognizable. (plans to commission designs of both horizontal & vertical variations as well as unique canvas shapes such as vehicle wraps from the right candidate.) The spearhead of the trident will provide the 'w' in our company name "Swash inc." All other characters should be of an available font family (preferably a Google font, 'Berkshire Swash' if suitable). Stylized as appropriate. I wish the image presented in such a way to also provide a distinctive, recognizable silhouette for solid color fill. We prefer the primary colors to be deep purples & emerald greens. but are undecided between either oranges or golden yellows as an accent. The logo/character is to be displayed on our website, invoices, business cards, print marketing, vehicles, uniforms, online profiles, letterhead, etc, etc. Describing visuals in a text box is limiting so I will leave it at that and if this seems within your capability and interests, please contact me back for further detail.
