BBB Customization required

I would like to get an expert to do the below customization: 1. Logo & Favicon Customization Logo is ready with me- need to replace it with the default logo. 2. Accessing the instance with public URL. Internally the instance is working with local IP address. How ever unable to access the instance over public URL even though after adding the NAT rules in the firewall. 3. Redirecting the default url without '/b' 4. Email configuration for user approval. Please BID only if you have experience in BBB customization. Please do not waste my time.
