Fix Action Cable on Rails server

Have two Rails servers behind Passenger application servers and Nginx. The first one action_cable works fine for a chat system, the second one it doesn't. IT is probably an easy fix but I am not adept at debuggign it to find out, and we NEED to get this new site up. It will require knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Passenger, and Nginx and you will be paid upon the chat on a certain web page working. I will show you both webpages and URL's and how the old site works, and now the new one is supposed to work
