hi, may i know the reason why it is required? i can help you with the speed control but dell machines have different bios functions internationally so need to have a look first.

I have worked on this before, writing a program to software control fan's speed, so I know exactly what to do ... for my project it was for NVIDIA on a windows machine ... but I can manage to do it on other OS as well.
