Freelancer specification – Detecting Humans and Motor Vehicles in Aerial Videos using RetinaNet or Tensorflow I require the services of a software engineer with experience in Linux, Python and specifically in setting up of a deep learning server using either Keras/RetinaNet or Keras/Tensorflow. I need an engineer to configure a linux based deep learning server and to assist me to develop a custom dataset using 20 sample aerial videos each 3mins long in 1080p resolution. The aim is to detect humans and motor vehicles in the sample videos, to blur (pixelate) every human/vehicle in the recording, and then to compress the output video for use in a web application in 1080p resolution. (sub 50Mb per video) As this application will be used by a start-up company, the budget is limited, and I therefore anticipate a multi-phased approach to the work. Initially, and with the engineer’s guidance I would like to develop a small test dataset using the 20 sample videos. The engineer shall build the server, process the videos as described, and provide me with a copy of the processed videos. The second phase would include the provision of a detailed hardware specification for the server, and a step by step guide and assistance to set it up on my own premises. (I do have limited experience with Linux and Python). The third phase would involve providing a specification which I could pass on to my website developer, specifying how to forward uploaded videos to the server for processing, how the uploaded videos would be queued, and a call back function to notify the website as to when each video has been processed and is ready to be uploaded to a video storage server such as Vimeo.
