for 27$CAD: I have problem with permissions on this server since it is on cpanel and not on plesk with fastcgi etc.. do you know what I am talking about? see what my hosting guy said: You will have to check the .htaccess file and/or error log for information. I do see some errors in your log about permissions. You cannot have your files set to 755 for example (they cannot be set to executable) for security reasons. You should turn error reporting on and check all file permissions the next time you test. It is not related to the PHP version, but the permissions you have on some files. This was not a problem on Plesk because you were running under PHP module and not FastCGI or CGI modes like you are on cPanel.
