I have a couple of thousand people already selected in projects in my linkedin recruiter account. All that needs to be done is to go through each project, open a person's profile and click "connect". Ideally this person will be located in Asia or India, so you can work from 10PM EST to 7AM EST. This way we will avoid being in my account at the same time.
