100 non-reciprocal links required from pages with a Google PR 3 or better for my pr3 electrical website. 1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 2. All links must be visible and permanent + static (no redirects, javascripts, hidden links, etc). 3. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites. No pharmacutical, gambling, hate or warez sites etc 4. No sites banned by Google. 5. Link page must have a recent Google cache. 6. All links should be free and not paid links. 7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) or link farms such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 8. Link pages should (if possible) be related to 'Computing' in its broadest sense (note: the actual website itself is wi-Fi related) - non-Computing links considered. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. Links must be on pages with no more than 30 outgoing links. 11. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 12. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 13. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 4, not just a PR4 site. All links will need to be approved before payment is made.
