Audio Editing of Podcast/Radio Show - Demo reel / sound-bites required

Hello, I'm looking for someone to take a 2 hour show that I host/co-host and extract the good parts that demonstrate my broadcast and reading ability. I'm looking for someone that has the audio engineering skills to do this but equally, someone who knows how to extract the parts that demonstrate my skills the most, as well as my ability to host a show and demonstrate my humour and wit. I'd be looking for a few good demos of my reading and some demos of me hosting, communicating with my co-host. The two shows I currently work on are on a volunteer basis for a not-for-profit organisation (Vision Australia). We don't have a lot of poetic licence given the audience and show mandate but I interject my personality where I can. I've included a link to one show recording below.
