We are offering the public to purchase 'Utility" tokens to be used in our asset management protocol and platform. We already have a US Legal Opinion stating it is a Utility. We are specifically looking for a Singapore legal opinion that would confirm the tokens utility by either ratifying our existing US legal opinion which was based on the Howey test and Family Resemblance Test or you can use your own methodology to make the determination. We have all the information required to help make this decision.
