Legal Documentation Review Existing & Draft Agreement

I need to have information regarding an existing employer him I work for in will maintain employment while I begin my start up business as it relates to looking over the employee handbook and all of my documentation signed off when hired and as part of role description, etc. I need to make sure that I am not crossing any lines if my products for my small business start up wound up being part of a project for which the employer Currently and in the future will be working for. Need to make sure there are no red lines if another product which I happen to be the distributor for gets picked up for that project. I also need an agreement drafted if there is no evidence of any issues with keeping my current employment and happy my start up. The agreement would be with my start up business company to my current and future employer for review and acceptance that I will maintain my current employment and will continue to work via my role description and it was signed off in our agreements however anytime after my work hours that I put towards my side business will be no legal reprimand and no legal work reprimand on setting a discounted price for mine current employer and getting my product Recognized to be utilized in projects throughout the North American regions to which my current employer would have no choice but to come to me for pricing and purchasing. This is in regards to the industry I will be working in which is construction, building, architectural and design industry.
