Hello, I have worked for a Canadian employer for over 3 months but they are refusing to release full amount. They claim I have worked partial hours only, which does not matter since I confirmed with them multiple times that the contract we signed was "Full Time". They also claim to have sent the termination notice by "mail" which I never received and they never bothered to tell me about it. I worked remotely from India. More details will be shared.
