I am the owner of a new start up business and looking for a virtual assistant that speaks excellent english that is willing to do the following: Research the names of USA based as well as overseas based DTG (Direct to Garment) print fulfillment companies. These can be found on the website: [login to view URL], as well as a google search. *You must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, which is an online time tracking software that tracks the time you work as well as provides me screen shots of your computer screen to verify that you are working. I would like for you to create an excel list of these DTG print fulfillment companies, and provide the name of a point of contact, phone number, and email address if they provide it to you. This way I can call some of them during my daytime hours here in New York, after you have identified if they offer what my business needs. I would like for you to directly call the DTG print companies and ask a list of questions to see if they provide what I need. Also, you should type who you spoke with, their email address, as well as their answers for me so I know who I should follow up with directly. **Please note that you must call the USA based DTG companies during their business hours between 9am - 5pm, which may result in you working late night hours if you are in a country that is in a much different time zone. I will need 2 separate powerpoints, one for the DTG Companies that provide fulfillment, one for the USA and the second powerpoint for the different countries that offer shipping to the USA. I like the idea of the powerpoint formats for this so I can print them out, write notes on them, and call them here in the USA during their business hours for the USA DTG print companies. If you must call or contact them during your time zone, you should ask them if they can fulfill on demand fulfillment orders for me if I supplied the apparel and ask if they store my custom apparel in their warehouse, as well as ship under my brand name). If they do not store my custom made apparel in their warehouse, I would just like you to call and find out name of the person I should speak to, their website, their email address, their price to print per item, see if they ship under my brand name, as well as their shipping cost within the USA. Please identify on each powerpoint slide (s): 1) The name of the company that offers DTG fullfillment 2) Location – address if possible 3) Website address 4) Point of contact name if possible (only if website shows it 5) Phone number 6) Good or bad Reviews or screenshot reviews of what has been said about this business by others. 7) Some photos of their work if they are on their website. If you can’t copy and paste the pictures directly from their website, then you should take a screen shot and paste it on the powerpoint slide relevant to that company.
