Find me some Leads for Dedicated Server

We are a software and website development company based in Bangalore. Looking for some who can help with social media marketing and promoting the website. Also want someone to help with selling the servers services to US and UK market and generating the sales for the product from US or UK market. I want someone to sell the dedicated server for me and get me the finalized leads or contacts where customer is ready to buy my product. Payment terms will be based on deals and results shown. So please do not ask for initial milestone payment. Also if the results shown are really good then the project will allocated as regular to the person.
