Hi, how's it going? Seems like a pretty straight forward offer, and I am pretty close here in Aliso. Is the picture and the area that it shows the only area that needs attention? If it is, I can't imagine it should take longer than 2 hours. As far as my experience doing jobs like this, I helped with the landscaping for a home rehabbing company for a while, so getting rid of weeds was a pretty regular task. Let me know if you have any questions for me, or if you're looking for something in particular. I'm in Aliso Viejo, so I could probably do it same day as long as I get a reasonable heads-up beforehand.
