You need a Site reliability engineer! I have 3+ years experience in Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Flux and so much more, my focus is Security and automation specifically which sounds like something you could really do with in the vetting of your current solution before we go ahead with that production build. Depending on time constraints we could maybe review your current pipelines and maybe go through some automation improvements to make it more manageable using infrastructure as code methods and tools.
