Joomla Theme for IT company

Hi, I'd like some help to make a theme for our Joomla website. I am looking for an original, creative, competent web artist that can make our site look amazing. What we are looking for is: - Clean, Sharp, Fresh, Eye-catching home page. We like the idea of an image that rotates between 3-4 images.. OR something eye-catching. - Home page should not have too much text but give enough for the viewer to want to dive into our site for more detail. - We are happy to use and pay for a RocketTheme or alternative. - We will pay for stock art images to be used that fits . - Site should act as a marketing tool. So to find out our key selling points and make that stand out. - Background that allows for re-sizing on different screens and still looks nice. - Linkage to twitter feed or facebook? We are not sure what is best but would like to have the benefit of high positioning in Search Engine. - We can take care of all the other pages.
