Joomla component upgrade and fix

I have Joomla component that need to be fixed and upgraded. This is not finished project, which i need to finish. You should be very good in Joomla for taking this project. I will work ONLY with person who actually programs, so no companies or resellers allowed. I don't have install of this component, but i do have a working site with it so you will need to use this for final project install. This project has 10 tasks, which you can find in attached pdf. First 4 of them are finished, but you need to check the code, because i need it to be properly written. 5 is almost finished, but needs some additional work and 6,7,8,9,10 is not done at all. Please read all project pdf and place offer only if you are a programmer and can finish this project. To finish part number 5 you need to do this: 5.1 We need to change window for Replace rules menu. When i open this menu i must see a list with all existing rules. The same functionality window as List data window. Here i can create new, edit, delete, filter, etc. If i click edit in this window, i must see the same window like now. So basically now we can see rule editing window, we only need to add new fields - Rule name, Multiplier, and be able to save this rule. In main “Replace rules” window i should be able to run selected rules. In main "Replace rules" window i must see these columns: Rule name, Replace this, With this, Multiplier, Fields; 5.2 We need to add functionality for replacing text and numbers and adding multiplier, so for that we need to add new field in rule editing window - Multiplier. 5.3 Add Category in “Choose Fields”, because there is no such now and also new fields described in part 6 5.4 For better understanding rename fields from "Replace Text" to "Replace this" and "With Text" to "With this"; 5.5 We need to create a new listing - "Original data" and keep original parsed data as it is, because we will do lots of changing in "List data" window. Initially Original data and List data will be the same, but after applying rules it will change. 5.6 The problem is, that we need to track changes, and when new data is parsed i should see only changed parts and i must be able to do rules only on changed, updated parts.
