Wordpress and Joomla webdesigner

Hi, I am looking to hire a website designer, using Joomla and Wordpress, for a parttime position. Please note that this is not a hourly based job. I am looking for an expert who can finish a simple website in less than one hour for customizing the template, and designing some banners/slides. The firstmonth will be as a review, before we decide to hire you based on your work. Monthly, we may design more than 5-7 websites. Please email me your website, you did and label each with either Joomla or Wordpress. Also please list the number of hours it took you to build the website in your list. This will show how professional you are. If you are serious, please contact me to request a redesign for a sample website to show me your work by sending me an image for the new look/design based on your experience. I will send you the link for the website that I want a redesign sample for it. Based on the sample design, you will be hired. Your bid, time of response and quality of design play a big role in getting hired.
