1) Students have to identify the intelligent agent (the administrator of the institution) and the environment (the admission application pool), and their interactions. (2) Students have to establish data sets/attributes for each applicant and determine the classification boundary for different categories. (3) Students have to design the decision tree algorithms and write a computer program to select group of applicants who are the best to satisfy institution’s admission requirements.
