Hi We are developing and application on java language (Netbeans) and we want to add a photo capture function. So we would like to hire a freelance to developt this part. From our application, we would likte to press on button "PHOTO", to capture, edit and save the photo (from webcam) to a JPEG file. The photo is for printing ID Card on PVC card. The process could be like that: 1. Press on the button "PHOTO" 2. Select the Webcam 3. Take the photo 4. Edit the photo (crop, edit (Contrast, Brightness, and exposure). Note: exposure is not a must 5. Save the picture into file. Specifications: The file max size will be 8K.
