Build a file watcher and uploader

Audio File Uploader We require a file uploader that watches a directory, and processes and uploads a file when a new file has finished being written. We want the system to built in Java, as we need it to run on multiple OS's, and will be changing frequently. We would like to be able to just run the .jar file. We require some slight processing on the files, we need to generate a waveform image, I am currently using sox & gnuplot to do this, but we will require a java based solution. App settings are as follows: Directory that is searched. Waveform Image Settings - width, height, Background color, Foreground color. Upload URL Whether files get deleted after upload [checkbox] Upload method is HTTP Post, full details of this will be given when project is awarded. Both files need to be uploaded in same request. We also require reading some meta data from the wav file, this is easy to get when using ffprobe, examples will be given when project is awarded.
