Online Order Form (similar to custom t-shirt design software )

We are looking for two(almost identical) online order forms. One for wholesale prices with password login and one for general customers. The order form will be similar to a lot of online t-shirt designer order forms - whereby you can select text, fonts, colours, upload images [jpg, gif, eps, png] and put them all together so the customer can see a 'proof' of the design. However, the product is for marquees [3x3m shaded canopies/tents] Costs for quantities, additional colours [inks] and minimum order quantities will need to be established (I already have all these details in spreadsheets/costs/colours/dimensions of product etc). At this stage there are only 2 different products but this will grow so am looking for someone who i can give continual work to. I like the step approach to filling out the custom order and i like the ease of use and clean design. Step one, choose the product, colours, size [with base costs shown] Step two, Add logo/graphic, select logo colours [additional ink costs shown if more than 1 ink is chosen] Step three, add text and customise the text, font, colour, size etc. [to clarify, the text will only be horizontal so there will be no need for shadows, underlines, arc - it's just pure fonts and pure text] Step four - review [total costs shown, customer then asked for contact details, delivery address, company name etc.] This will not be a payment system, it's purely so the customer can send their design to the company as a request. I am open to suggestions to how the information is collected once the customer submits the order request. Whether this information and final graphic turns into a PDF document or an email doesn't really matter. It's only a small budget but i am happy to do any graphic work needed. It is primarily the coding/scripting that will need to be implemented. Because of this i will need someone who has good English communication skills and works on a professional collaborative level. This will ensure the project runs smoothly and is completed quickly. Once a company or freelancer has been selected the project will need to be completed within 1 week. I don't mind if a template is used providing it can be customised, i am purely looking for a cost effective solution. Any past examples will be highly regarded.
