Build a sharepoint site

The following are the functionalities required: 1- Items’ Categories will be created by system admin, Categories are going to be two levels, for example: Electronics à Laptops, or Electronics à Mobiles …etc 2- A user (Basically a student) will be able to (main system functionalities): a. Add an item for sale, providing the following Info/fields : i. Select Item Category ii. Item Name (Mandatory) iii. Item Price (Optional) iv. Item Images (multiple images can be uploaded per item) (Optional) v. Item Description (Optional) vi. Contact Info: Email, Mobile (Optional) vii. Expiry Date (Mandatory) viii. Item Location, using Bing Maps. b. Search for Items by: i. Category ii. Word(s) in Description c. Search Results should be shown as indicated by above prototype, Order by latest order submitted/entered to the system. d. Default Items View (No search yet), Should show items sorted by created date recent. e. Images shown for an item should be shown as a thumbnail and then if the user clicks on one thumbnail image, the system will show a popup with all images in original size (similar to Amazon or ebay) f. Can Edit his/her items to add more description and/or modify any other details as long as its not “closed/expired” g. We need to add “button” named “Manage My Items” it will show the user the items that he/she created in order to : Modify, close …etc h. Close an item that was published by him/her indicating that it was sold or not for sale any more. 3- View Item will show a “Reply/Leave Feedback” which will basically send an email to the owner of the item from the email of the viewer. Note: This is an intranet site, so no ananoumyse users. 4- A Link on the Social-Home page named: “Manage Categories” should be shown only to users/admins who are belonging to a certain SharePoint Group. 5- A button named “Delete Item” will be shown to the admin on each item in the main list. 6- When a user clicks on “Manage My Items” it will show him the same list as he is a normal viewer but when he clicks on an item, it will open the item in edit mode. 7- Admin will see the list but with the ability to: a. Add/remove or modify categories/sub-categories b. Remove/Delete Items and the system will send a notification email to the owner. 8- Please note that the site will not provide the below: a. Payment Mechanism b. Feedback mechanism on items c. Rating for items d. Resolution Center 9- All selling and/or negotiations are to be done outside the system.
