Wellness Business Ads and Funnels Manager

Hi Freelancers! My name is Jason Stotz. I've been in the wellness industry for over a decade teaching Dance, Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness and am now looking to go digital. I need a marketing expert to help run social media ads, as well as the funnel and email list integration. I've learned the basics of how ads and funnels work so I know what videos to make and what products to put where, but I would love to hire a person to do all the technical work for me (I just started email list coding for my funnel last night and I'm already over it). I'm working on an ad right now (about 15s) that I would love to run on FB, IG, & YT (Open to other ideas as well). It will link to a free webinar on ClickFunnels where they will submit their email to watch (I need help setting up my email list). From there, they will be able to purchase a longer Masterclass that will be hosted either on Mastermind, or right within the funnel on Vimeo (again, open to ideas). Upon purchase they will be an upsell for my monthly membership site, where I teach 10 classes per month. The final option will be to apply for my one-on-one program. This has the potential to be a long term position. I would love to have someone that I can count on to help me ad new products into the funnel as well as start new ones as I begin to scale. I've attached a draft of a video for the ad. I have some changes I want to make to the copy and want to get it down to 15s, but it will give you an idea of the direction I'm going at least.
