Looking for a social media expert to venture with a young social art enterprise

Hi, I am looking for a skilled person to advise and potentially lead our social media's strategy. We are a young social art enterprise founded in 2015-16. Though we are present in the different social media channels (Fbk, Twt, Lkdn, Inst), the engagement is very low and we are looking for someone who can help to build a comprehensive, cost-efficient, long-term and tailored social media campaigns to boost our visibility and follower/client engagement, form key relationships with influencers, create or outsource engaging multimedia content, monitor and report on performance. We absolutely need to have a better and significant presence on social media. However I am at the moment the only person managing the accounts and I don't have time and anymore the patience to do it. The company is still a young company with no money but its social and financial potential is enormous. We are looking for someone highly committed, serious and passionate by social media and also by art. We are looking for only organic increase. In case the person manages to increase exponentially the visibility of the company which would result in sales, then we will review the work to turn into a permanent contract.
