Internet Marketing: Custom Music, & Mixing Service Website

Here's my website: [login to view URL] So basically, I'm a little bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to music. My main thing is composing custom music for people, but I also provide a mixing and mastering service, sell stock music, create sound effects, and provide free creative commons music (which has advertising on the web pages to try and generate some revenue). However, I absolutely suck at all forms of marketing; classic artist with no clues about the real world, haha... What I'd like is to drive traffic to my website, and create conversions to earn money of course! I don't mind how this is achieved be it though my stock portfolio, finding clients to commission custom music, or driving masses of traffic to my free music page to get ad revenue. Generating social media buzz, and getting high quality links on other website would be grand too! I make very little money from my site at the moment, so I can't offer a lot unfortunately, but what I'd love is to find someone who could be a long-term collaborator who wouldn't mind working for a generous commission based on my turnover (say 30%). This way I can scale up the marketing side as my website grows. The success criteria for this gig is to generate a turnover of $200 from your marketing efforts (I sell my stock music on a third party website so that would be based on referrals using my unique URL). So effectively this is commission based, but with a max of 50%.
