Glam5 SEO and Social Marketing - open to bidding

1. I currently have a wordpress site [login to view URL] which has been developed on a very basic level, it has no seo and needs to be re developed following the existing methedology, but integrating the process flow alot smoother and uniform. 2. My business is a call centre in South Africa which markets a beauty salon membership for its own salon. My agents need a crm application which will link to social media platforms we currently use pipedrive. This is not linked to my wewbsite for tracking visits as leads and the same for facebook. I have explored nible as an option, but this can get costly on a monthly basis so I would prefer to purchase wordpress piugin and integrate this into my website. 3. I need to have an ecommerce signup for memberships which links to a salon booking system which can validate paid clients which allows them to book treatments if their membership is paid, we currently use [login to view URL], bookeo has limited integration functionality so the member database is isolated from other applications i.e. ticketing and accounting etc. 4. I use a south african company [login to view URL] which manages my debit order collections which to South African banks and this is the only solution of its kind which I am aware of which manages debit collection sign ups so I am restricted to using this platfor so I require that we integrate with this to link to the booking platform so we can validate paid clients to authorise bookings. I use stripe as my payment gateway which manages my debit and credit card sign ups which happen instantly, this is managed through a shopify link where I have setup recurring membership products, this is not linked to bookeo so we have to load the clients manually and manage their membership manually which is time consuming and open to error. 6. I need to integrate a customer service and ticketing solution, which we currently do not have. 7. Once the administrative, booking, crm and billing solutions are setup and working I need to focus on online and social media marketing as I would gradually like to phase out my call centre and focus on online marketing for customer sign ups. So I need to focus on: a. Google optimisation, marketing and seo, setup and ongoing b. facebook optimisation and marketing, setup and ongoing c. twitter optimisation and marketing, setup and ongoing d. Instagram optimisation and marketing, setup and ongoing e. Blog optimisation and marketing, setup and ongoing I am open to solution options, I do believe that wordpress can provide me with an all round solution utilising plugins with code. I do know that woocommerce provides both membership and bookings, but they are not integrated yet, they have said that it will happen mid this year. Please view my site and let me know your thoughts and feel free to offer alternative solutions. I did look at zoho as an option, but once again this is only part of the solution and costly on a monthly basis.
