We have a new start up called [login to view URL] and are looking for a team to manage our SEO. Overview Our business is a completely unique concept however it is in a very competitive industry, ‘real estate/property’. We have developed a site that allows users to submit their property requirements (bedrooms, area, price etc.) whether they are looking to rent or sell. Estate agents in the local area then have the ability to contact them via our system and forward property details, (faster than the major portals Rightmove etc.) are able to do so. We also have in development a new feature which allows someone considering selling their property the option of to invite quotes from local agents in the area. Both of the above features are completely unique in the UK. The property industry is currently saturated with major on-line and local estate agents bidding for Ad-words, however all of these companies are used in conjunction with our service and are not in direct completion with us, so its not essential that we are listed above them, just amongst them. As well as the general public it would be our objective to focus on these key areas of marketing. What we require We have an active blog, two twitter accounts with over 1600 active agents following and our Facebook page. We can also provide a list of companies we would like to be listed alongside. However, having researched this sector thoroughly I believe other aspects such as quality back-links and keyword analyses are beyond our expertise and requires someone of experience to manage. After a few months of SEO we will also starting paid Facebook ads/page boosts to help further our exposure. We are inviting quotes in the hope we can find an experienced company/person who can help launch our brand for a reasonable price. All blog and content generation will be provided by us, with the guidance of the suitable candidate to point us in the right direction in terms of keywords to be used.
