Organic traffic for food site with lots of quality listings

I have a food website, which contains 2,200+ informative local restaurant listings from all over the world and 100+ recipe listings. The restaurant listings also come with photos and are global with majority of the listings covering a huge list of cities in US and UK. I’m looking to increase my traffic organically to approximately 3 visitors per listing per day (7,000 visitors per day) via better search rankings in all major search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL, Ask and local and image search. This should be achievable as long as you can get the listings fully indexed into the search engines and improve their rankings for popular keywords. Right now the listings do not come up when searching via popular keywords, they are only found through searching specific words like the restaurant name. A few of the listings are found between page 10 – 40 of results for general popular search keywords like ‘london restaurants’, but it is useless. Your job will include researching popular search terms and identify a list of popular keywords, for which you can get the listings to rank highly. Out of the search engine traffic I am currently getting, there are quite a lot of hits from Google but not much on Yahoo and Bing. Traffic from Yahoo and Bing search is only about 7 – 8% of Google search. Given that Google’s search market share is 65% and Yahoo and Bing combined have another 25%, hits from Yahoo and Bing search should reflect that and rise to about 40% of what I’m getting from Google. I am looking for organic traffic mostly via better search ranking and indexing of my listings. No CPC, No redirect, No email marketing, No bots (anything that is not sustainable in the long-run). The majority of traffic (85 – 95%) should come from search engine results. The rest should come from permanent relevant one-way links, press releases and articles, social bookmarking. Your job is to offer any onsite and offsite SEO to achieve the targets through search result traffic. The traffic must stay after the end of the campaign and continue to grow proportionally as the database of listings on my website increases. Payment schedule will be: 25% of bid when traffic reaches 1.5 daily visitors per listing 25% of bid when traffic reaches 2 daily visitors per listing 50% of bid when traffic reaches 2.5 daily visitors per listing 75% of bid when traffic reaches 4 daily visitors per listing 125% of bid when traffic reaches 6 daily visitors per listing (triple the bid) Payment will be made 1 month after a milestone is hit to ensure the achieved traffic is sustainable.
