PR4-5 one way permanent backlinks

Need PR 4-5 permanent one-way backlinks. Each link from a different website. The websites must be content relative to ours. All websites should be English. Backlinks should be created with our arch text keywords and URL. 10 backlinks per day, do not over build. Spam submission gets no money. GUIDELINES: * All links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages (not the homepage, the actual page where the link is placed) * ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW * Each backlink must come from a different website * Backlinks must be free one-way manual links, one link per domain, one domain per IP * All backlinks must be live as soon as you create them. * Page with backlink cannot be excluded by robots.txt. * Link page must be search engine friendly. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-80 days. * Links must be permanent, You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. * Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses * We will provide anchor text on pages where possible * We reserve the right to cancel any link and you will replace it with another if not found suitable. NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No Websites that originate or INTERLINK from the same Class-C IP address * No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, porn sites, hate-based or violent websites or ping sites. * NO black hat or Grey hat tactics or links that violate Google rules or TOS. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money or reciprocal links now or later * No graphic links * No links from sponsored ads * No links within news groups * No use of automated software or bots. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No adult websites or with illegal content. You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: 1. Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), 2. Site Name, 3. Anchor text used , 5. Google Page Rank and IP of link page 6. Date placed.
