Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising. Need a solid and provem Strategies for ROI

Here's the deal. i have a new launched website almost 1 month www.purpleperfect.com. Currently spending $30 daily for both adwords and facebook advertising, for nearly a month i've been hopping for clients to be interested in my service. i have not closed any deals but have several interested clients for my video service (weddings & business). Here's the problem, i have not made any return of investment after almost 3weeks in advertising. I've spend so much and gain so little. i need someone to help me optimize my google adwords campaign and give me a framework strategies (same goes with facebook as well). If possible, i would like to attract as much clients through adwords without spending too much into bidding. At the moment, i am not feeling save to simply give my account and password for some strangers. i prefer to do it myself with your supervision. I will provide some snapshot along the way. i've been blindingly spending money on advertising without having much knowledge to it.
