400 Directory & Social Links

I have 2 sites that need promoting. For each site I want: 150 directory links & 50 social bookmarking links - Must be one-way permanent links with PR 1+ and dofollow. - Directories must have a health or beauty section. No gambling or adult directories. - You must use at least 250 directories total. There can be some crossover, but I want the link profiles of the two sites to be mostly unique. - Directories must have unique IP addresses and name servers. DO NOT submit to a farm of directories on the same IP. Links must be manually submitted. - No blog comment spam, forum spam or classified ads, only legitimate directories and social bookmarking links. - No cloaking, redirects or pages blocked by robots.txt. No rel=nofollow in the HTML. - Payment will only be released when all links are confirmed active (not just submitted). - Max budget is $90 - Do not message me with offers for alternative SEO services, I am interested in the job described here only. - I will expect a report listing all links upon completion. Should be clearly divided into directory links and social links for each site.
