Requirement: this is 2 and half story duplex-type villa. The Cad file has complete architecture drawings for two attached duplexes. The scope of this project only covers one duplex which is the one that has swimming pool. Through this report we have identified décor and furniture for each part of the villa. The requirements are as follow: • Complete interior design to the villa by considering all colors and designs add in the file. The result of this requirement is at least 60 photos that covers 360 degree for each part of the villa. The renders are supposed to be designed using 3D modeling software. • A walk-through video for at least 2 minutes While we believe that we have covered all details for interior design, we still need the designer to review and complete any missing parts. Also, the designer can modify the color degree or type of furniture in order to develop a creative design. Most of the preferred designs didn’t include suggestions about the ceiling, so please consider creating a matching design and use some wooden decoration to those ceilings.
