I need a couple sketches for my poem/children's story "On Top of a Hill There's a Billy." This is a whimsical poem I am dedicating to my child who is due in May. It revels in the sense of wonder children have, personifying it through a strange hillbilly dwarfish creature named Billy. The entire project will have 15 illustrations (including book cover and title page). Can't pay more than $700-750 for. But it is a relatively simple project, and the artist should have fun with it. Need 2 basic sketches from different scenes in the story. Attached are references for the feel/style I have in mind. Needs to be bold, and imaginative.
