Android and Apple App relating to social networks

Looking for an app to be developed for both Android and IOS platforms. The concept of the application is the allow the user to select from any or all of the major social networking sites, and post a single message that will be sent and posted on all their accounts. For example: instead of logging into each "facebook", "twitter" and "google+" seperately, they can use this app to send the message to all of them. The app must support facebook, twitter, google+ and a few more of the major social sites. The graphic quality must be nice and the UI must be clean. Each app platform (android + ios) will consist of a paid and a free version. * Payments * Milestone payments will only be released after absolute proof of progress/completion of the apps.
