Asignación de viáticos, elaboración informes de gestión trimestral y anula. Realización de memos y minutas de reuniones e complementación de nuevos procesos. Manejo de documentación y trámites de inclusión de pasantes, controlar y mantener el calendario de actividades y archivo, coordinar la logística de traslado y hospedaje del personal interno y externo, entre otras. My work experience that would prove useful for this position would be the experience I have gained working as a Jurist in firm where I do my work. My work duties involved me managing the employees and me leading the Human Resources Department. For me, it was especially important to use my expertise in the field of labor law, a field I like to think of knowing especially well.
