My work experience that would prove useful for this position would be the experience I have gained working as a Jurist in firm where I do my work. My work duties involved me managing the employees and me leading the Human Resources Department. For me, it was especially important to use my expertise in the field of labor law, a field I like to think of knowing especially well. Here, I would like to enumerate a few, such as doing employment contracts, terminating employment contracts, handling vacations, and everything else concerning the employees. I have also participated in planning and interviewing candidates for potential hiring. More than that, I have taken great care in managing the safety and protection of the employees, as well as handling the systematization of the work places. My work duties also expanded to being involved in the trade and business law, which means I have participated in the overall business of the company. Besides that, I took a further interest down the path of HR, as a field I was particularly interested in. That said, I have always tried to improve and learn new things that would prove useful to me in obtaining a job in that field. And last but not least, I have had a large scale of tasks and responsibilities that would certainly prove useful in various fields.
