Simple one page website

We require a web developer to design and build a simple one page lander website. And we hope someone can put this together in 1 day for us! The title will be: 1000 free drinks at Corfee It should list each store and how many free drinks are remaining per store: Kettering - 540 Remaining Leicester - 250 Remaining Nottingham - 210 Remaining And the page should show how many free drinks are left. It will contain a form where a user enters the following data: Your Local Store (Dropdown menu with options: Kettering, Leicester, Nottingham) First Name Last Name Email Mobile Date of Birth Your Instagram Username Next to the instagram field should be a link to our instagram profile that loads in a new window and a message telling the user that they must follow us on instagram to qualify. Make the submit button locked until they click the link to our Instagram. Submit Button (if they click this before clicking through to our instagram they get a message saying they must first follow our instagram) After they click submit they are shown a voucher: Your FREE Drink Voucher Simply show this voucher in our "INSERT STORE NAME" store to claim your free drink QR Code Voucher Number: KET-0001-CK (The voucher number will start with the first 3 letters of the store, then the ID number of the user which will be a sequential digit, and the initials of the user so the first letter of their first name and first letter of their last name) We need a basic admin page that will show us a list of the vouchers waiting to be redeemed per store, and we should be able to click a button next to it once it's been redeemed.
