work for pprolancer. we want a REST-based service (using Flask and Nginx) to operate 24/7 on a vanilla Ubuntu machine. It handles a HTTP POST request; it receives an XML file as input and returns an XML file as result / output. The service should receive and parse the XML into a python native object. please create an empty class / module to take the native XML object as input and output a native XML object as well. The service should take the output and send it as HTTP response to the user. Please make sure error-handling is implemented to notify user of error and not crash the system.
