Need Scrape tool

Write a Windors Forms or Console app in C# to scrape data from websites, some have RSS and can be used, some don't. The Links from Rss or the links from webpage will be followed and the resulting page will be parsed. The result must contain only related data, that means ads or other content must be stripped off. We need link of article in mobile website(important! as u will parse from normal website but we need the link at mobile website), title of the article, date of article, name of author, name of newspaper, the text only article content. While stripping html data from article content p tags must be replaced with regular line breaks. The code must be crystal clear, easy to understand, easy to modify, as simple as possible. This is a rather simple job but u must spend some time as number of newspapers are like 44 and number of authors are like 1500. The program will regularly check related rss and websites and grab appropriate data, any errors or any process must be logged using log4net in a simple text file. Configurable items must be stored in [login to view URL] for us to change easily. For details have a look at the attachment. The webpages are in Turkish but not a big deal as scraping is independent of the language.
