Need to build a feature in my existing WIX website

I need to build one feature in "blogs > post" page of my existing website [login to view URL] "I need that If I attach any file in my post so user won’t be able to download it in directly in their device they should at least give us their contact 1st. For this we want that they will first click on download option to download it. After that we will ask user their name and email ID so we could deliver the file to their email. When user will submit their name and email we will send file's download link to their mail. And when they will try to download the file by clicking on the link, we will confirm their mail id in our WIX CRM and file will get downloaded in user's device”
