We are looking for an Online Assistant to help us with our Website. We are headTrix, Inc. We do Adobe Training & Consulting SEO, posting Ads, updating Schedules! THE Assistant must be online ON Skype and available During California Pacific Standard time on Skype with a mic. I need an assistant available for at LEAST 4 hours a day with their full support to post ads to help advertise our classes, to update our schedules to make sure that they are all correct, and then post the dates of those in ads so students can register and improve our SEO by posting ads on Craigslist, backpage, coursehorse, and 100 other websites. Help with SEO to keep us at the top of Google Search. We teach Adobe Applications(ex. Photoshop, After Effects, and more). We need help updating the dates from our Partner Schedules to OUR Schedule on our website. Then we post ads to advertise the classes, create newsletters to send out to our leads, create Social Media Posts to advertise our training & Consulting, and continuous SEO, and creating backlinks to keep us at the top of search. You can view a video of what we need here: PLEASE WATCH Video 1&2(2 minutes) These are instructions for updating our schedules and posting Ads for us to help advertise our classes: [login to view URL] We need someone to make sure the schedules are up to date, and then to advertise, market those classes are various websites. The Virtual Assistant MUST work DURING Pacific Standard Time at least 3-4 hours during 9am-5pm. You can work 8am-12noon, or 10am-2pm, or 1pm-5pm. BUT MUST WORK DURING CALIFORNIA PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. YOU MUST VIEW VIDEO 1&2 so you are PREPARED for your Interview and a small test assignment. Updating our schedules is boring and tedious but only done once a month. The rest of the time you will be advertising posting ads, Social Media posts, creating newsletters and doing SEO.
