Design a web application screen flow

I am building a couple of in house web based software right now. Majority of them are transactional system ie. sales system, procurement and inventory system. I am looking for someone who is good at designing system screen flows for the whole system with the relevant fields placement in the screens. Also include the usability thought in the design. Please do not bid with your standard marketing message. Read the instructions and give me what I need to evaluate each bid. Please only bid if you have experience in doing such a work and submit one or more of your previous sample screen flow design work for evaluation. Generic marketing message or no sample will not be entertain. I want the work to be deliver in HTML format ultimately.
