Hi, I have read your project description and I see you need your website revamped. I am experienced in developing mobile responsive websites and C# is like a cup of cake for me. I'd be developing your solution using bootstrap that is a framework for designing mobile responsive websites. Here a little clarification is needed whether you want to change the backend code too or just the designing. If a complete website revamp is needed I assure you highest quality product as I develop loosely coupled systems with minimum dependencies so if you want to later change anything it will not affect other modules, such as changing the designing and layout won't effect the backend code.
