The website must: -Allow Prospects to register and create/maintain a user profile. Examples of fields that should be included are: Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Education, Skills, Job History, Desired Wage, Availability (by day of week and hour), # of Hours desired, desired job type, Social Insurance #, banking information (Account, Transit#, Branch). As part of the registration process, there will be a number of forms and legal documents that must be agreed upon and/or filled out, scanned or uploaded. The Prospect will become an employee of the Agency when the registration process is completed. -Allow employers to register and create a simple user profile. The employer profile is different from the Prospect profile. The employer profile is meant to allow the employer to quickly create a request for new Prospect(s) services either 1 Prospect at a time or many Prospects at once. For each new request created there will be multiple pieces of information that will be consistent across all requests (employer name and contact info) and there will be information that can be unique to each request (request name, location, request details, Prospect requirements, duration, days and hours required. In addition, the employer profile must include billing information so that the employer can be charged for the service. -Collect and store Prospect profiles. The system must be able to pull data from the profiles to be used when matching the Prospect with an employer job request. -Allow employers to complete a form to describe their ideal Prospect. The system must then match Prospect profiles that meet their needs and initiate a relationship with the chosen Prospect(s). At the point when the system selects the Prospect(s) then a contact should automatically be initiated to the Prospect advising them that they have been selected by an employer and providing them basic details of the employer’s request (start date, hours, job type, and wage offered. This contact should be made via email and/or text message and/or phone call to the Prospect. -Other requirements as noted in attached docs - thank you.
