I want a video website created similar to YouTube. I want an ad network similar and use of hashtags. I want to offer monthly contest to users to upload thier videos on my website and winners will be determined by the most views from my YouTube channel. so the video views from YouTube needs to be synced to my website in the stats for the contest. I want to have each users video that is uploaded to my website uploaded to my YouTube channel. I want an option to manually approve all videos or automatic upload to YouTube. my budget is $125 please note, you will build this on your server until it's completely finished and works properly before I give access to my server. please , just to make sure you understand what I want created, explain it to me they way you understand it.
