Being a data analyst i would convert the PDF directly into word using a tool and it will save lot of your time. I do not manually type the entire content but would directly import the data in the PDF into a tool and then format it. It really helps you save lot of time and Money. The tool which i will be going to use would be ACL. (Data processing tool). I have previously worked on a similar kind of project where i had 1000+ pages of PDF documents and has converted it into work in a very quick time.
