Accountable To : Project Manager Primary Focus : Company and Client Graphic Designs Technical Proficiencies: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.), Asana, Slack You would be asked to complete logos, brand boards, site mock-ups, business cards, social media templates, brochures, flyer designs, mock-ups, book covers, etc. Creativity is essential. #1. Please review my examples below as this is what I'm looking for: [login to view URL] I've also attached more examples of the type of creativity I am looking for #2. Please review my notes below about how this will work: - I will provide you with design specifications and instructions, you will then create graphic designs. - We tend to request 1-3 designs per day. #3. If you look at these examples and are not 100% confident you can do this, please do not apply. I am not looking for a beginner, I want a full-time person to 100% focus on my designs. #4. The graphics designs need a 24-72 hour turn around. If you are not 100% confident you can do this turnaround, please do not apply. I am looking for someone who can move at my pace. #5. We will communicate via our Asana project management system and Slack. If you are not 100% confident you can navigate a project management system, please do not apply. I want to avoid email communication and keep it all in the system. #6. So all in all, I am looking for: - Someone with Full-Time availability to be dedicated to my account - Someone with a lot of prior experience, ideally specializing in Creative Graphic Design - Someone with reliable and fast turn around time - Someone who communicates well throughout the process - Someone creative with attention to detail - Someone who speaks English well enough to follow instructions #7.
