Real Capable Web-Designer Wanted, CSS & WP Knowledge Required, Modification of coding for font color & line break in Japanese Sentences -- 2

So far, No web-designer has solved my below problems yet. At the moment, the font color & line break which I select on WP text editor with WP edit & Tiny MCE advanced installed as plug-in can not work on Japanese Words & Sentences due to conflicts between backend coding on CSS & plug-in added later. In addition, some of outline color for graph created on Table editor has not reflected to graph after update in WP-admin page. My request is 1. Fix backend coding on CSS so that WP edit & Tiny MCE advanced can work properly on my WP-admin(which mean, the code setting of language for English & Japanese is required. Or The backside code adjustment on CSS is required so that it is inferior to instruction on WP editor under WP edit & Tiny MCE advanced.) 2. Fix backside coding on CSS so that outline color selection for graph on WP table under Tiny MCE advanced can be reflected on WP. 3. Tell me how to adjust color opacity of parallax part field.(Now, there is no adjustment field for it on my WP-admin) The above requests are quite urgent.
